Acrobatics is a great way to build confidence and raise self-esteem while building strength and endurance. Our program does this by starting out with basic conditioning that will enable students to perform forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers and much more. Classes are for boys and girls ages 2 & up.
